POSITION AVAILABLE: Desktop Support Technician LOCATION: Vincennes, Columbus, Findlay Ohio, Baton Rouge Louisiana DESCRIPTION: To provide computer, peripheral, and/or network support including troubleshooting, hardware break-fix, operating system, and software application support for the AME customer base. Prefer A+ and Network + Certifications. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform service in a timely and professional manner. Must be organized. Must be flexible and easily adapt to change. Daily travel within assigned area. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, and be detail oriented. Previous experience is a plus. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. POSITION AVAILABLE: Software Tester LOCATION: Columbus, Indiana DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for testing the functionality of software programs. This position will work with various levels of software programmers to implement and test software for inaccuracy and errors. Responsible for effective, comprehensive and accurate test procedures and results. REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree in a computer science field, or work related experience. Broad knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic programming languages, prefer Visual Basic, and C++. Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software and analytical skills. POSITION AVAILABLE: Helpdesk LOCATION: Vincennes DESCRIPTION: Primary focus of this position is to provide first level helpdesk support to clients. The helpdesk technician will work to resolve hardware, software or networking related issues, escalating problems as necessary. Will apply technical experience and logic to assist customers in local and remote troubleshooting and problem resolutuion. REQUIREMENTS: A+ certification, knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, basic troubleshooting skills, Basic knowledge of Windows NT and Novell netware is helpful. POSITION AVAILABLE: Sales Strategic Advisor LOCATION: Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne DESCRIPTION: Excellent opportunity for an organized self-starter with superior project management and sales tracking skills who is motivated to expand existing accounts.Responsible for sales and marketing of Information Technology solutions. This individual will work closely with existing customers to evaluate technical needs, provide recommendations, propose solutions, and also ensure that services are provided in a timely manner and to maintain good relations with prospects and customers. REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for identifying new clients, being the primary face to face contact with customers. Ability to take the lead in all presentations and proposals, ability to deliver business solutions to various levels of management. POSITION AVAILABLE: Software Programmer LOCATION: DESCRIPTION: The main focus is to develop and implement customized software solutions to customers. Position will be responsible for meeting with customers and taking their business needs and developing a project plan around those. REQUIREMENTS: Prefer 2 years of on the job experience.
